Highland Lake Inn is not your typical hotel/conference center setting. Our facility is the perfect fit for businesses that want to incorporate productive meetings in a quiet country setting. Not only do we have wonderfully appointed, spacious guestrooms and amenities but we also have 26 serene, lakeside acres to roam.

Our lodging is spread between two large buildings--the Lodge that has 20 rooms and the Woodward House, which has another 16. The remaining lodging that makes up our 84 rooms consists of 10 Cabins and 17 two-to-four bedroom Cottages. The Lodge and Woodward House have comfortable lobby's, each with a fireplace, ample seating as well as large porches with rocking chairs for relaxing and getting acquainted. Charmingly renovated, our historic Poolside Cottages have all the creature comforts of home. The Garden Hamlets are a small neighborhood of Cottages overlooking a meadow filled with goats and donkeys.

Another feature that sets Highland Lake Inn apart is Season's Restaurant. Our award-winning chefs specialize in garden fresh cuisine, much of which comes from our organic garden and is served in a casually elegant setting in our 180-seat restaurant. Our seasonal menus are based on the flow of produce from our garden and our chefs and gardeners work hand-in-hand in planning the gardens. We are the recipients of the "Award of Excellence" from Wine Spectator magazine for having one of the best restaurant wine lists in the world every year since 2000. We have just recently received Convention South's Best of the Best Award.

Rates:
Rates are per person, per night and are based on Master Bill. The Corporate Package includes:

We offer the following benefits and amenities when you have your meeting with Highland Lake Inn:

• All guest room telephones and meeting spaces in the Woodward House and the Lodge have dataport connections and Wi-Fi is also available
• The Lodge porch is included in your package for your meeting space if your group has 10 or more rooms in the Lodge.
• For exclusive use of the Lodge, including lobby, meeting room, and game room, all 20 rooms must be rented at the corporate room rate.
• If you have 30 rooms in your group, the Grand Ole Hall may be used at no additional charge.
• Groups staying in the Woodward House, Cottages, and/or Cabins, Kudzu Meeting Cottage is included in the package rate with a minimum of 15 rooms per night.

Available for an extra fee are:

• Hardwired broadband internet access in the Grand Ole Hall
• LCD Projector

On-site Activities (complimentary):
Tennis courts, volleyball, croquet, horseshoes, football, softball, basketball, bocce ball or if playing on our 40-acre lake is their wish, we offer fishing (bring your own poles), canoeing or paddleboats. And, after all that--if they still have free time--we have bicycles to ride to explore the beautiful 26 acres of Highland Lake Inn.
