Highland Lake Inn is well known in Western North Carolina for our organic gardens. Our chefs at Season's utilize vegetables and herbs with a "Garden to the Plate" philosophy, and plates are garnished with our over 20 different varieties of edible, organically grown flowers. What our guests might not know is that we are also proud of our wine cellar, containing 150 selections, with approximately 2,500 bottles maintained in our inventory. Every effort is made to hand select wines that compliment our seasonal menus while providing great choices for our guests to explore. It is our hope that our wine program will increase appreciation for the diversity of wines that we offer.
Season's is honored to have received the "Award of Excellence" every year since 2000 from Wine Spectator Magazine for having one of the best restaurant wine lists in the world.
